How to Apply:

  1. Willing candidates having requisite qualification may obtain or collect the application form from the Office of the DOSE cum DPO Office, Changlang by paying Rs. 200/- as registration form fee on all office working days and submit it in same office with self-attested copies of :
    1. 04 numbers of PP size recent photographs.
    2. Certificates with marks sheets of Academic from class-X onward and others professional qualification.
    3. Tribe certificate (ST) & Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) in case of APST candidate.
  2. The last date for the submission of the duly filled up application form is on 25-01-2024 (Thursday) till 4.PM and application received after due date or time or incomplete in any aspect will be summarily rejected.
  3. The Scrutiny of the documents will be done on 31-01-2024 (Wednesday).
  4. The list of qualified/eligible candidates for appearing in the Walk-in Interview will be displayed in the office noticed board on 02-02-2024 (Friday). Further no call letters for the interview would be issued separately.
  5. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing interview.
  6. The Walk-in- interview of the eligible candidate will be conducted in the Office Chamber of DC, Changlang District on 06-02-2024 (Tuesday) from 9.30 AM onward.

NOTICE – Land acquisition for laying of cross country Pipe lines and compensation thereof

Under Jhum Land Regulation’1947 as per section 10, it is hereby notified that the land mentioned in the Notice file given herewith in the link are being acquired for laying of cross country pipe lines for a stretch from Kumchai EPS to Mudoidweep up to Noa – Dihing river from 0 KM to 8.172 KM by Oil India Limited at Bordumsa – Diyun Circle under Bordumsa Sub-Division of Changlang District.

A Reasonable compensation shall be paid for the land acquired under the section 10 of Jhum Land Regulation’ 1947 to those rights on land in the proposed stretch from Kumchai EPS to Mudoidweep upto Noa – Dihing river as mentioned above.

CIRCULAR – Free of cost food-grains to all beneficiaries under National Food Security Act 2013 (NFSA)

In compliance with the Govt. letter No. DFCS-12011/1/2023 dated 05/01/2023, it is to inform all concerned that the Govt. of India has decided to provide FREE of COST food-grains to all beneficiaries under National Food Security Act 2013 (NFSA) for one year with effect from 1st January 2023.

Therefore, all outpost Administrative Officers are requested to sensitize and spread awareness to all NFSA beneficiaries under their respective jurisdiction regarding FREE of COST distribution of food-grains from their respective Fair Price Shop. Further, they are requested to ensure delivery of allotted food-grains to FPS and proper/smooth distribution to the consumers.

In case, food-grains quota for the month of January under NFSA has been distributed by FPS dealers by charging rates, the said amount must be returned back to the beneficiaries and action taken report to be submitted latest by 31st January 2023.

OR
Passed Two years Vocational course with non-vocational subject viz. Physics and Mathematics Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Vocational Course).
(b) OTHER THAN SCIENCE SUBJECTS

ORDER – Half Yearly exam for Class-IX to Class XII for academic session 2023-24 to be conducted w.e.f. October 03, 2023

The Half Yearly exam for Class-IX to Class XII for the current academic session 2023-24 will be conducted w.e.f October 03, 2023 and to be concluded within 6 (six) working days. All the Principals / Headmasters of Higher Secondary Schools and Secondary Schools are hereby directed to strict with the tlmeline specified above and shall ensure all necessary preparations like finalization of Question Papers, etc latest by September 29, 2023.

The evaluation of the Answer Sheets must be conducted latest by October 25, 2023 and the school wise performance report is expected to be submitted to the undersigned through DOSE, Changlang within the aforementioned stipulated timeline. All the teachers engaged for invigilator duty shall remain in school during the school timing i.e., at 3:30 pm and conduct evaluation of Answer Sheet after conclusion of exam till 3:30 pm.

For those Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools with elementary sections (Class- I to Class-VIII) must ensure that the regular classes for Class – I to VIII shall undergo as per its routine timing and half yearly exam shall be conducted for senior sections Class-IX to Class-XII simultaneously.

The concerned CRCC / BRCC, Resource Persons / BEOs and DOSE are directed to conduct surprise visit to oversee whether the exam is conducted as per the desired norms and guidelines issued by the Directorate of Education, Itanagar.

The respective Admin Officers are also directed to conduct surprise visits during upcoming exam personally in order to ensure that the exams are conducted in fair and transparent manner.

CIRCULAR – Applications are invited for availing financial assistance under the Pradhan Mantri Formalization Scheme of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) 2023-24.

Applications are invited from the entrepreneurs /SHGs/FPOS/NGOs/Cooperative of Changlang District for availing financial assistance under the Scheme Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) for the current financial year 2023-24. Financial assistance in terms of credit linked capital subsidy @ 35% of the eligible project cost with a maximum ceiling of Rs. 10.00 lakhs per unit would be provided to the Micro Food Processing Enterprises under the Scheme. The assistance would be available to new as well as existing Micro Food Processing Enterprises for expansion /up gradation of their units. The Beneficiary contribution should be minimum of 10% of the Project cost with balance required fund (including Grants in Aid) being loan from Bank.

Hence, interested Persons may apply through online portal of MoFPI at www.pmfme.mofpi.gov.in

Note: The last date for submission of applications on online portal is 31/10/2023.

Eligible Criteria:-

  1. The applicant should be above 18 years of age. No Minimum educational qualification of the applicant is required.
  2. Only one person from one family would be eligible for obtaining financial assistance. The ‘family’ for this purposed would include Self, Spouse and Children.
  3. Organizations such as Individual entrepreneurs/Proprietorship Firms /Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)/NGOs/Cooperatives/SHGs/Pvt.Ltd. Companies, who have established or propose to establish micro food processing unit would be eligible for financial assistance under the scheme.
  4. Assistance to both existing or new micro food processing enterprises for expansion/up-gradation of existing micro food processing enterprises or setting up of new micro food processing enterprises would be provided under the scheme. But preference would be provided to the enterprises which is involved in processing of ODOP of the district . The One District One Product (ODOP) of the district is Areca nut. List of food processing activities placed at Annexure -I are not eligible for assistance under the scheme.
  5. Applicant /enterprise who has availed bank loan in other Subsidy Linked Schemes of Govt. is also eligible for bank loan under the Scheme. PMFME beneficiaries would be eligible to avail an additional benefit of Interest Subvention @ 3% under Agriculture Infrastructure Fund (AIF). Lending Banks may consider sanctioning need based working capital limit to the beneficiaries, as admissible. However, no subsidy would be provided on the working capital.
  6. The eligible project cost comprises cost of plant & machinery and technical civil work, but exclude cost of land/rental or lease work shed. However, technical civil work should not be more than 30% of the eligible project cost.
  7. The Subsidy amount will be adjusted by the bank after a period of three years on last disbursement tranche of the loan, if the beneficiaries account is still standard and the unit is operational, this grant/subsidy amount would be adjusted in the bank account of the beneficiary. If the account becomes NPA prior to 3 (three) years from the date of disbursement of the loan, the subsidy amount would be adjusted by the bank towards repayment by the beneficiaries.
  8. List of documents (Check List) required for submitting loan application are enclosed with this circular.

CIRCULAR – Applications submission date extended to 15/12/2023 for availing credit linked capital subsidy assistance under PMFME Scheme

This is for general information of all interested individual /Groups (SHG, FPOs/ NGOs/ Cooperatives) hailing from Changlang District, that in continuation to this office letter no. CIND/PMFME-01/2020-21, dated 26/09/2023, the date for submission of applications for availing credit linked capital subsidy assistance under Pradhan Mantri Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprise (PMFME) Scheme has been extended up to 15/12/2023.

Hence, Individuals/Groups (SHG/ FPOS/ NGO/ Cooperative) interested to avail financial assistance for setting up of new food processing units as well as for upgradation of the existing micro food processing units under the scheme may apply with all supporting documents through online portal of MOFPI at www.pmfme.mofpi.gov.in on or before 15/12/2023.

All other requirements/ eligibility criteria provided in the earlier circular remain unchanged.
