| Final Result Notification for PMDT Coordinator Post – District Health Society, Changlang | Changlang, Arunachal Pradesh – 7th July 2025 The Office of the District Medical Officer, Changlang, under the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, is pleased to announce the final results for the walk-in-interview conducted on 7th July 2025 at the ADC’s Chamber, DC Office, Changlang. The interview was held for the recruitment of one District Programmatic Management of Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis (PMDT) Coordinator on a contractual basis under the National TB Elimination Programme (NTEP). This recruitment drive was initiated via Advertisement No. CHG/DMO/HR-NTEP/2025/NS-01-03 dated 16th June 2025. The selected candidate is required to join the assigned post within one week from the date of this notification. The joining letter should be submitted to the District Medical Officer, Changlang. At the time of joining, the following documents must be enclosed: HRMIS Form with a passport-size photograph Medical Fitness Certificate Antecedent Certificate Photocopy of the first page of a bank passbook The waiting list is valid for a period of three (03) months from the date of this notification. | Empowering Rural Women Through Exposure Visits and Educational Tours in Arunachal Pradesh | The Department of Women and Child Development, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, has introduced a valuable initiative under the “Scheme for Empowerment of Women” to enhance the knowledge, skills, and economic opportunities of rural women. The scheme supports exposure visits and educational tours for women aged 18 years and above, enabling them to learn from successful organizations, cooperatives, and income-generating enterprises. The primary objective of the scheme is to expose rural women to best practices in entrepreneurship, self-employment, cooperative management, and livelihood activities. By visiting model organizations and successful enterprises, participants can gain practical insights and replicate innovative ideas within their own communities. The scheme benefits Self Help Groups (SHGs) and registered Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), with a maximum of 20 beneficiaries per group. A district-level Screening Committee, chaired by the Deputy Commissioner, evaluates and recommends deserving groups, ensuring transparency and fairness in the selection process. To support these educational tours, the government provides financial assistance of up to 70 percent of the approved project cost, subject to a maximum ceiling of ₹3,00,000 per group. Beneficiary groups are required to submit utilization certificates, expenditure statements, photographs, and success stories after completing the tour. This initiative reflects the Government of Arunachal Pradesh’s commitment to women’s empowerment by promoting learning, capacity building, and sustainable livelihood opportunities. Through exposure and knowledge-sharing, rural women can become stronger contributors to their families, communities, and the state’s overall development. |

| DoTCL Sponsored 4-Month Free Coaching Programme – Selection Test Notice | The District Administration, Changlang, has released the list of 60 aspirants shortlisted to appear for the Selection Test for the DoTCL Sponsored 4-Month Free Coaching Programme. The selection test will be conducted on 7 June 2026 at Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS), Changlang (HQ) from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. All candidates are required to report to the venue by 9:00 AM. Aspirants must bring the original ID proof submitted along with their application forms. Entry will not be permitted without valid original identification. Mobile phones and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall. Candidates are also required to submit their question papers to the invigilators after completion of the examination. No candidate will be allowed to take the question paper outside the examination venue. All shortlisted candidates are advised to carefully read the instructions and report on time for the smooth conduct of the selection process. |

| Notice for Selection Test under Free Coaching Programme Sponsored by DoTCL, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh | The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Changlang has informed that the Department of Tirap, Changlang and Longding Affairs (DoTCL), Government of Arunachal Pradesh,is sponsoring a 4-month free coaching programme for indigenous students of Tirap, Changlang and Longding districts preparing for competitive examinations. For Changlang District, a selection test will be conducted for enrolment into the programme and only 15 candidates will be selected on merit basis. Eligible aspirants may submit their applications either offline at the Development Branch, DC Office, Changlang or through email at dio-chg@nic.in from 21/05/2026 to 01/06/2026. The blank application form may also be uploaded on the district website for easy access so that applicants can download, fill up and submit the same through email along with the required documents. | Notice Inviting Tender for District PDS Rice Carriage Contract (2026–2028) | The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Changlang District, has issued a Notice Inviting Sealed Tender for appointment of District PDS rice carriage contractors for cost deposit, procurement, drawal, lifting, transportation and distribution of foodgrains under PHH and AAY categories. The tender covers movement of rice issued by FCI for both Priority Household (PHH) and Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) beneficiaries under NFSA-2013, as well as foodgrains for General Category Households (GCHH) within Changlang District.
