Notice for Selection Test under Free Coaching Programme Sponsored by DoTCL, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Changlang has informed that the Department of Tirap, Changlang and Longding Affairs (DoTCL), Government of Arunachal Pradesh,is sponsoring a 4-month free coaching programme for indigenous students of Tirap, Changlang and Longding districts preparing for competitive examinations.

For Changlang District, a selection test will be conducted for enrolment into the programme and only 15 candidates will be selected on merit basis.

Eligible aspirants may submit their applications either offline at the Development Branch, DC Office, Changlang or through email at dio-chg@nic.in from 21/05/2026 to 01/06/2026.

The blank application form may also be uploaded on the district website for easy access so that applicants can download, fill up and submit the same through email along with the required documents. Applicants will only be required to physically visit Changlang for appearing in the selection test.

The Board has revised and fixed the hire charges of local Taxis fare for both passenger service vehicles & light goods vehicles operating from Changlang township to other places / villages and has been listed category wise and are appended herewith at Annexure A & B.

And the approved rates as circulated should be implemented and followed strictly from the date of issue of the order.

Notice Inviting Tender for District PDS Rice Carriage Contract (2026–2028)

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Changlang District, has issued a Notice Inviting Sealed Tender for appointment of District PDS rice carriage contractors for cost deposit, procurement, drawal, lifting, transportation and distribution of foodgrains under PHH and AAY categories. The tender covers movement of rice issued by FCI for both Priority Household (PHH) and Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) beneficiaries under NFSA-2013, as well as foodgrains for General Category Households (GCHH) within Changlang District.

The contract period is for two years, effective from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2028, with a provision for renewal or extension based on satisfactory performance.

Notice Inviting Applications for Atma Nirbhar Matsya Palan Yojana (ANMPY) 2025–26

The Office of the District Fisheries Development Officer, Changlang, invites applications from interested individuals, farmers, Self Help Groups (SHGs), and Farmers Producers’ Organizations (FPOs) of Changlang District for availing benefits under the Government of Arunachal Pradesh’s flagship scheme Atma Nirbhar Matsya Palan Yojana (ANMPY) 2025–26.

As per the direction of the Deputy Commissioner, Changlang, the prescribed application form is available at the office of the District Fisheries Development Officer. Duly filled-in forms, along with necessary documents, must be submitted on or before 14th November 2025 (1700 hrs).

Order – Maintenance of attendance and office hours by government employees
  1. No public offices shall be found closed during office hour in any circumstance.
  2. All HoD/Officers/Staffs of respective line departments are to attend office sincerely during office operational hours.
  3. In case of officers entrusted to field duty, he must maintain a separate register to record all his tours and entry of any tour must be made in the register before proceeding on tour on daily basis.
