4th International Yoga Day celebrated in Changlang

Changlang, June 21, 2018: Changlang District Headquarters observed “4th International Yoga Day” here at the Multipurpose Cultural Hall in a befitting manner. The instructors from VKV School Changlang and Arts of Living supervised the Yoga session. The Principal VKV School, Changlang highlighted the importance of Yoga in our daily life and objective of the day for practicing yoga on daily basis to stay healthy.
The programme started at 0700 hrs in the morning where more than 300 people participated which comprised of government officials, teachers, students, members of NGOs and other citizens from various corners. The Yoga session was lasted for about an hour in the Multipurpose Cultural Hall to mark the day. Some of the HoDs who participated among other HoDs were SP Changlang, ADC Changlang, DMO Changlang, DDSE Changlang, DIO Changlang, official from 14th Assam Rifles Changlang and from all other departments.
