It is for general information to all concerned that the Government of Arunachal Pradesh has launched a bank linked credit subsidy scheme on 3rd September 2021 under the “ATMA NIRBHAR BAGWANI YOJANA”. It is an ‘Umbrella’ scheme under the department of Horticulture. The scheme aims to cover the targeted group of youth/individual farmer, Self Help Group (SHG) and Farmers Producer Organization (FPO). The following components are available for the assistance:

The interested farmer/SHG/FPO are required to submit their duly filled application form and proposal along with self-attested passport size photograph to the Horticulture Development Office in their respective Circle during the Office working hours on or before 20th September 2021 to avail the scheme.

It is for general information that Government of Arunachal Pradesh has decided to continue the DEEN DAYAL UPADHAYA SWALAMBAN VOJANA (DDUSV) to encourage unemployed youth and entrepreneurship and to gain access to low cost capital for entrepreneurship.
As such, applications are invited from unemployed youth and entrepreneurs of Changlang District for availing the benefit of DDUSY schemes during 2021-22 for sustainable and bankable project covering value addition in Agriculture & Allied activities, Eco Tourism, Traditional Textiles, Smalt scale Manufacturing etc as per provision of revised guidelines of the programme. Unemployed youth and entrepreneurs of the district may apply in prescribed form alongwith project report and relevant documents and submit the undersigned on or before 13/08/2021 for placing before District Level Screening Committee as per guidelines mandated for selection of viable and bankable projects for UPTO 40% FRONT END SUBSIDY FOR A PROJECT COST OF RS.10-50 LAKHS AND 30% BANK FINANCING.
