Motorcycle Fitness Ride for Drug free Changlang campaign

Changlang, February 25, 2022: The Deputy Commissioner Changlang Dr Devansh Yadav flagged off the Fitness Motorcycle Ride by ABC (Arunachal Bullet Club) at Changlang district headquarter in presence of the Deputy Speaker APLA Tesam Pongte who himself is a member of the ABC, MLA Lekang, Namsai district Jummem Ete Deori, administrative officers, government officials, staffs of district administration and Public.

The ABC members participated by organising Motor Cycle Fitness Ride in the months long campaign against Drug addiction under the theme “Nasha Mukt Bharat” organized by the district administration. The ABC member Tadar Thomas, a former victim of drug addict who successfully fought against drug addiction participated in Fitness Ride as a face of the Campaign to spread the message of “Drug free Changlang” and to motivate the youth towards healthy living and staying fit.

The “Fitness Ride” started from District Secretariat towards Bubang village, Jongphohate and other villages covered under “Nasha Mukt Bharat” campaign for promoting Drug free Changlang and fitness movement. The Concluding program took place at Wubang with a motivational session led by the ABC members Thomas Tadar and Sanju Gyadi, Jugli Mung Members, ZPM Kantang Renu Mungrey, GB Thungman Jugli and Kampak Jugli. The Inmates of De-addiction Camp, Wubang were deeply inspired by the speech from Thomas Tadar and Thungman Jugli who were once Addicts themselves.
