“MERI MAATI MERA DESH; MITTI KO NAMAN VEERON KA VANDAN” Campaign launched at Changlang

Changlang, August 09, 2023: “MERI MAATI MERA DESH; MITTI KO NAMAN VEERON KA VANDAN” campaign has been formally launched at district secretariat Changlang today on August 9, 2023 at 1100 hrs. The HoDs, officers and officials of all government institutions of Changlang district have actively participated in today’s launching programme.
“Panchpran” pledge was administered to all the participants by the Changlang Deputy Commissioner Sunny K. Singh IAS with holding Mitti (soil) in their hands. A large number of government employees and Panchayat leaders were participated in today’s programme and pledged to actively participate in a responsible manner towards nation building and strive for the unity and solidarity of the country.
The participants have also pledged to honour the freedom fighters who had sacrificed their supreme life to get rid of from the colonial regime. Deputy Commissioner had also directed to all the participants to take selfie in front of Memorial Plaque (shilaphalakam) and upload the photographs at Meri Maati Mera Desh web portal (https://merimaatimeradesh.gov.in) and download their participation certificate to generate oneness amongst all the citizens of India. The Meri Maati Mera Desh; Mitti Ko Naman Veeron Ka Vandam campaign will be culminated on August 30, 2023 at Kartavya Path, New Delhi.
