e-Office Training Session Successfully Conducted in Changlang

The e-Office training session was successfully conducted at the DC Conference Hall, Changlang, under the guidance of Shri Shiva Ram Krishna, DIO-cum-Nodal Officer (e-Office), Changlang.

The training aimed to familiarize officers and staff with the e-Office system, enabling paperless, efficient, and transparent office functioning.

Participants were provided hands-on demonstrations on:
✅ File Management
✅ e-File Movement
✅ e-Notes (Green Note & Yellow Note)
✅ Use of Digital Signatures

All Heads of Departments (HODs) and staff from various departments of Changlang district actively participated in the session. Queries from participants were addressed, and practical exercises were conducted to ensure better understanding and adoption of the e-Office system.

Such capacity-building initiatives are a step towards strengthening digital governance and enhancing efficiency across all departments in Changlang district.
