Celebration of “Vande Mataram” at VKV Changlang

A spirited celebration of the patriotic song Vande Mataram was held today at Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya (VKV), Changlang. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from all Heads of Departments of the DC Office, Changlang, along with the presence of the Deputy Commissioner, Changlang.

The programme began with a soulful rendition of Vande Mataram by the students of VKV, filling the atmosphere with a sense of pride and unity. Officials, teachers, and students joined together to honor the national song, symbolizing the spirit of nationalism and respect for the motherland.

In his address, the Deputy Commissioner highlighted the importance of Vande Mataram as more than just a song — a timeless reminder of the sacrifices made for India’s freedom and a call to uphold the nation’s integrity and unity. He encouraged everyone, especially the youth, to imbibe the values of patriotism and service to the nation in their everyday lives.
