A New Vision centre for people of Bordumsa

Jairampur, March 10, 2022: On March 10, 2022, a new vision centre dedicated to the people of Jairampur sub-division under National Programme for control of blindness and visual impairment (NPCBVI) at CHC Jairampur for the services of eye care and check-up.

The Dedication Ceremony were attended by Ibom Tao, APCS ADC Jairampur as Chief Guest, Ms Jenni Longri as Guest of Honour, DMO Changlang Dr K Mossang, DRCHO Changlang Dr J.Ado, Dr Taba Khanna State Programme Officer NPCBVI Itanagar, host of Medical officers, other government officers, officials and PRI Members.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Taba Khanna SPO (NPCBVI) exhorted the ASHA workers to mobilize Community Participations for eye care and check-up and he highlighted the success story of Bordumsa Module of eye care and Treatment.

Shri Ibom Tao, APCS ADC Jairampur spoke during the dedication ceremony and appreciated the initiative of Bordumsa Module Eye Care and encouragement of Community participations through ASHA workers, PRI members and GB’s by Dr Taba Khanna SPO for eye care and treatment. He also appreciated Doctors, Nurses and Staffs of CHC Jairampur for their dedication of services and Mobilizations of limited resources for effective delivery of Health Services for the people of Jairampur Sub-division.
