New Deputy Commissioner Assumes Charge in Changlang

Shri R.D. Thungon, APCS (AG), assumed charge as the new Deputy Commissioner of Changlang District on August 7, 2026.

On the occasion, officers and officials from various departments of the district administration met and greeted the newly appointed Deputy Commissioner and extended their warm welcome and best wishes.

The officers expressed their willingness to extend full cooperation and support to the new Deputy Commissioner in carrying forward development initiatives and ensuring effective, efficient and people-centric administration in the district.

Shri R.D. Thungon expressed his commitment to strengthening coordination among departments and working collectively for the welfare and development of the people of Changlang.
