Chief Minister’s Soft Loan Scheme for ITI Pass-outs

The Government of Arunachal Pradesh, through the Department of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (DSDE), has introduced the **Chief Minister’s Soft Loan Scheme for ITI Pass-outs to promote self-employment and entrepreneurship among skilled youth of the state.

The scheme is designed exclusively for ITI graduates from Arunachal Pradesh who have completed their training within the last three years. It aims to support aspiring entrepreneurs by providing access to collateral-free loans, toolkit assistance, capital subsidy, and interest subsidy for establishing micro-enterprises in manufacturing, service, processing, and trading sectors.

Under the scheme, eligible beneficiaries can avail loans of up to ₹3 lakh in two tranches, along with a 25% capital subsidy and 7% interest subsidy. A toolkit incentive of up to ₹15,000 will also be provided to help graduates acquire essential tools and equipment required for their trade.

The initiative seeks to bridge the gap between technical training and sustainable livelihood opportunities by enabling skilled youth to create their own employment and contribute to the economic development of Arunachal Pradesh. In its first phase, the scheme aims to support 150 ITI pass-outs across the state, with plans for expansion in subsequent years.

This flagship initiative reflects the Government’s commitment to empowering skilled youth, fostering entrepreneurship, and building a self-reliant Arunachal Pradesh.
